On the grounds of the Savannah Rapids Park in Martinez, GA, the Reed Creek Waterfall cascades over rocks beneath lush green foliage in a tranquil forest setting. The tranquil scene is enhanced by the gentle flow of water and the vibrant colors of the forest.
Savannah Rapids Park is a 33-acre passive recreation park that has been a destination for nature lovers for more than 150 years. Set along the Augusta Canal and Reed Creek waterfall, this beautiful site offers a range of activities from running or biking the Augusta Canal Trail, to floating down the canal to Lake Olmstead.
